Penzion s kuchyní – vytápění a větrání

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh stavební části penzionu společně s návrhem vytápění a větrání. Návrh stavební části je realizován s ohledem na dosažení co nejnižších tepelných ztrát objektu a tím i co nejnižších provozních nákladů v budoucnosti.

Jako zdroj pro vytápění budou použity dva plynové kotle zapojené do kaskády. Jeden kotel bude sloužit k vytápění objektu a druhý bude sloužit na podporu vytápění objektu a ohřev teplé vody pomocí přepínaní třícestného ventilu. Ohřev teplé vody bude v samostatném volně stojícím zásobníkovém ohřívači. Systém vytápění je navržen jako nízkoteplotní s otopnými tělesy. Otopný systém je navržen s nuceným oběhem vody. Větrání budovy bude nucené rovnotlaké, pomocí vzduchotechnických jednotek s rekuperací.

Diplomová práce se dělí na dvě části: stavební a technická dokumentace. Stavební část obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci, která splňuje požadované normy a požadavky na technické posouzení stavebních konstrukcí. Část technická dokumentace obsahuje návrh zdroje tepla, výpočet vytápění a potřeby teplé vody s ohledem na technické vyhodnocení objektu. Součástí práce je vytvoření průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy.

The aim of the thesis is to design the building part of the pension together with the design of heating and ventilation. The design of the building part is realized with regard to achieving the lowest heat loss of the building and thus the lowest operating costs in the future. Two cascade gas boilers will be used as a heating source. One boiler will be used to heat the building and the other will support the heating of the building and hot water by switching the three-way valve. The hot water will be heated in a separate free standing tank heater. The heating system is designed as low-temperature with radiators. The heating system is designed with forced water circulation. Ventilation of the building will be forced by equal pressure, using air handling units with heat recovery. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts: construction and technical documentation. The construction part contains project documentation that meets the required standards and requirements for technical assessment of building structures. Part of the technical documentation includes the design of the heat source, the calculation of heating and hot water needs with regard to the technical evaluation of the building. Part of the work is to create a building energy certificate.
