Abstract
The objective of Bachelor Study is to determine the
inhabitant’s satisfaction with the level of municipal communication
and determine which means of communication inhabitants prefer.
Than it will be designed the relevant municipal communication
strategy based on the results of marketing research.
At the beginning of this Study is introduced the history and
present of the town Krásno nad Kysucou. In the next chapter is
characterized marketing communication by using professional
literature. In practical part is described marketing research methology
and analysis of the results.
The most important part of Bachelor Study is the last chapter,
which describes the design of municipal communication strategy.
There are also other recommendations that would improve the
efficiency of municipal communication.
