Abstract

This Thesis is an analysis of internal accounting in gastronimic area, which is then applied to selected business company. The content of the theoretical part is accounting, including its subsystems, focused mainly on internal accounting and then costs and revenues. The practical part of this thesis is focused on application of acquired theoretical knowledge to specific business company.
