Reengineering podnikových procesov

Abstract

Práca je tematicky rozdelená na dve časti – teoretickú a praktickú. V teoretickej časti práce je popísaná problematika Reengineeringu, jej myšlienka, spôsob a jednotlivé kroky, akými sa BPR plánuje a implementuje. Praktická časť je venovaná lepšiemu dovysvetľovaniu problematiky pomocou príkladu realizácie BPR v podniku. Praktická časť vychádza z poznatkov a krokov, ktoré boli opísané v teoretickej časti práce. Obe časti sú tematicky prepojené. Hlavným zámerom bola snaha o lepšie pochopenie zložitého manažérskeho prístupu, akým Reengineering podnikových procesov je. Nesnaží sa BPR ukázať len v svetle zaručeného úspechu pre firmy, ktoré sa ho rozhodnú využiť, ale poukazuje i na možné problémy a komplikácie, ktoré so sebou môže priniesť.

The thesis is tematicaly devided into the two parts – theoretical and practical. Theoretical part of the thesis subscribes Reengineering, it´s idea, methods and steps how BPR is planned and implemented. Practical part deals with better explanation of issue by using of model of BPR realization in company. Practical part go from knowledges and steps which where described in theoretical part of the thesis. Both of the parts are tematicaly connected. The main aim was to better underestand complicated managerial approach which Business processes reengineering is. There is no need to show BPR in the light of sure-fire success for companies which decided to use it, but there are also shown possible problems and complications which may occure.
