Racionalizace technologičnosti konstrukce řezného agregátu při zpracování papíru

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to improve the quality of the cut of the paper deposit and to determine the conditions with respect to the efficiency of the cutting station. I present the categorization of paper according to its use and type of processing. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part I deal with the evaluation of the current production activities of a single-purpose automatic machine and a cutting station for paper processing. The second part deals with the test of a rationalized cutting station with a focus on the quality and accuracy of cutting paper input, the resistance of individual components depending on the technical use and proper maintenance. The last part compares the cutting quality of the current and rationalized cutting unit. Finally, I evaluate the shortcomings of the solution and propose modifications to the technological solution for further progress to increase the quality of the cut. The results of the solution are presented in the conclusion of the thesis.
