Analýza a řešení poškození při manipulaci s dílci

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou poškození dílců vznikajícího při jejich manipulaci v průběhu výrobního procesu. Cílem práce je identifikovat nejčastější typy poškození a jejich příčiny, zhodnotit stávající postupy manipulace a navrhnout vhodná organizační a technická nápravná opatření vedoucí k jejich minimalizaci. Součástí práce je zpracování interního projektu s definovaným kvantifikovatelným cílem snížení výskytu poškození a následné ověření účinnosti implementovaných opatření v provozních podmínkách. Na základě vyhodnocení dosažených výsledků jsou formulována doporučení pro další optimalizaci procesu manipulace a zvýšení kvality výroby.

Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of component damage occurring during handling within the manufacturing process. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most common types of damage and their causes, evaluate the current handling procedures, and propose suitable organizational and technical corrective measures to minimize these defects. The thesis includes the implementation of an internal project with a defined, quantifiable target for reducing the occurrence of such damage, followed by the verification of the effectiveness of the implemented measures under operational conditions. Based on the evaluation of the achieved results, recommendations are formulated to further optimize the handling process and improve production quality.
