Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the production process of a spraying pipe. The first part is focused on description of existing production technology showed by high difficulty and low level of work mechanization.
The second part is focused on the project of new complex production technology which assumes small construction change, utilization of self-assembly and clamping preparations. The lower production costs by preserving prescribed production quality is achieved by use of required machine tool with lower hourly rate (exchange originally used up of a horizontal boring machine AFD 100 beyond a jig borer VR 5 NC) and using the service with lower required qualification. At the conclusion is carried out an evaluation bearing out accuracy of an executed change of production process of given machine component.
