Konstrukční návrh stolu před rovnačkou profilů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem stolu před rovnačkou profilů, který umožňuje rozdělení svazku válcovaných profilů na jednotlivé kusy a jejich dopravu k procesu rovnání. V úvodu práce je uveden a popsán současný stav stolu před rovnačkou profilů. Další část je zaměřena na proces výroby a zpracování speciálních profilů. Poté následují varianty konstrukčního řešení a nakonec vlastní konstrukční řešení, včetně popisu jednotlivých částí a početního řešení nejdůležitějších konstrukčních uzlů. Součástí práce je také výkresová dokumentace.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the table before bar straightener, which allows the bundle of rolled profiles to be divided into individual pieces and their transport to the straightening process. At the beginning of the thesis, the current state of the table is presented and described before bar straightener. The next part is focused on the process of production and processing of special profiles.Followed by design options, and finally the design solution, including the description of individual parts and the numerical solution of the most important structural nodes. Part of the thesis is also drawing documentation.
