Analýza toku práce ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza toku práce ve výrobním podniku, který čelí problémům s nedodržováním termínů zakázek. V teoretické jsou popsány základy teorie štíhlé výroby. Důraz je kladen na pochopení pojmu MUDA v této teorii. Následně se kapitola věnuje metodám: 5 krát proč, management toku hodnot, mapa procesu, 5S, Drum-Buffer-Rope a SMED. S jejich pomocí jsou v praktické části popsány toky práce v podniku a následně analyzovány. Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě provedené analýzy navrhnout vhodná opatření pro zefektivnění procesu výroby, tak aby podniku umožnily zkrátit průběžné doby výroby. V práci je navrženo celkem devět různých opatření.

The theme of this work is to analyse the work-flow of in the factory, which face problems with non-compliance of the terms of delivery time contracts. The theoretical part describes the basics of the theory of lean production. Emphasis is placed on understanding the concept of MUDA in this theory. The chapter is subsequently lead to the methods: five whys, value stream management, map of the process, 5S, Drum-Buffer-Rope and SMED. With help of these methods, are in the practical part describes the work flow in the company and analysed subsequently. The objective of this bachelor thesis to propose appropriate measures to streamline the production process and enable the company to shorten production lead times, which is based on the realised analysis. The work is designed with nine different steps of solution.
