Elektrohydraulický systém středění svitků před rovnačkou

Abstract

This thesis deals with electrohydraulic system for centering coils of sheet metal before straightening rolls to cross the dividing line. In the first part is a description of the production line with a short explanation of each element in straightening machine and straightening principle of metal bands. The following second chapter contains two functional schemes of hydraulic circuits with their description, evaluation and selection of a suitable circuit. Other parts are devoted to the design and calculation of the main hydraulic components of the selected hydraulic circuit. An integral part of this thesis is calculation of the heat balance of the circuit. The final section is devoted to design proportional distr ibutor with respect to the dynamics of the system. The thesis contains a design drawing of hydraulic unit with terminal block specifications of the selected elements and diagram of hydraulic circuits.
