Analýza možnosti využití odpadního filtračního materiálu vznikajícího při výrobě piva

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis of waste kiselguhr utilization, which results in the beer production. The first part briefly describes the company and waste management in order to eliminate the impact on the environment. There is described the company Plzeňský Prazdroj and one of its factories Radegast Brewery in detail. The important chapters include beer filtration process, filtration kiselguhr, types of kiselguhr and its atributes. The main topic of the practical part is the description of the current waste kiselguhr removal in the Radegast Brewery and subsequent analysis of waste kiselguhr utilization in the addressed companies engaged in waste management. The results of laboratory analysis are the part of the practical part too.
