Modifikace pohonného ústrojí míchače sypkých látek

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the modification of the drive system of the bulk mixer - vertical screw mixer HV 1000 of the company PHARMIX, s.r.o., in the version with two drives. The aim of the modification is to simplify the design, assembly and reduce the number of components. In the introduction, the thesis focuses on the properties of bulk solids, their mixing and research of world manufacturers of bulk mixing equipment. The next part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the existing design of the drive system HV 1000 and the determination of the disadvantages of the existing design. This is followed by research of Czech manufacturers of vertical screw mixers to find a design solution eliminating the disadvantages of the existing design. In the next part, the structural design of the modification is described, and the strength and deformation check of the most important modified machine components is carried out. Finally, a drawing documentation is made within the thesis assignment.
