Abstract
This bachelor thesis concerns the design of a marketing plan for the company SEA - Chomutov, s.r.o. Before proceeding to the plan itself, a situational analysis of internal and external factors affecting the company, as well as an internal analysis of the company, must be carried out to determine strengths and weaknesses of, and identify any threats to and opportunities for the company. Marketing goals are then determined in line with the vision and mission of the business, and strategies devised to achieve specific goals; these are developed into individual marketing activities. The final important step is putting the plan into practice and setting up a system of checks and measures.
