Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the constructional design of a radar rotating device. The design is processed with respect to available technologies and types of radar devices. The design process is based on defined requirements. These requirements are mentioned at the beginning of the thesis along with the main function of the radar device. The following chapter discusses the development, constructional division and different types of radars. Furthermore, the author deals with his own design of the whole mechanism, the design of the drive parts and the non-standard parts that need to be produced. The designs of the single parts are proved by resistance and deformation tests.
