Analýza vlivu legislativních podmínek na provozování železniční dopravy

Abstract

Práce má analyzovat vývoj legislativy ovlivňující osobní železniční dopravu v posledních přibližně 10-15 letech se zaměřením na regulaci podmínek ze strany SŽDC. Jedná se např. o sankcionování dopravců za vybrané typy provozních situací. Práce taktéž mapuje dopravní politiku Evropské unie a její snahu prostřednictvím tzv. železničních balíčků liberalizovat železniční dopravu. Cílem práce je posouzení vlivu legislativy na provoz osobní železniční dopravy v oblasti technologie a případně ekonomiky.

The subject of my thesis is to analyze the legislation development which has an influence on passenger rail transport in the last 10-15 years. This bachelor´s thesis should focus on a process, where the Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization is making the conditions for carriers still stricter, e.g. giving some sanctions for a different type of operation situations. In this thesis is also mentioned the effort of the European Union to liberalize the Railway transport thanks to the Railway package“. The main contribution of this thesis is to review the influence of legistation on economic and technological factors in the Railway transport operation.
