Dispoziční řešení střediska servisu lisovacích nástrojů

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh nového dispozičního řešení ve středisku servisu lisovacích nástrojů, které vznikne po reorganizaci současného úseku strojírenské výroby ve firmě dle záměrů vedení společnosti. Úvodní část je zaměřena na základní pojmy, které se vztahují k dané problematice. Úvodem praktické části je podání základních informací o podniku a bližší popis výrobního programu strojírenské výroby se zaměřením na druhy zakázek, organizaci personálu a rozložení výrobních prostor. Následně byla provedena rozsáhlá analýza stávajících procesů po trase logistického řetězce se sestavením vývojových diagramů dílčích procesů, kapacitní rozbor současného vytížení strojních kapacit při plnění interních zakázek s návrhem na redukci strojů, díky kterému bylo možné navrhnout nové dispoziční řešení výrobních prostor. Součástí práce je i ekonomické vyhodnocení realizace navrženého řešení.

The thesis is focused on a proposal for a new layout solution of a pressing tools service centre, which will be created in compliance with the company management intentions after the engineering shop reorganization. The introductory part focuses on the basic concepts related to the issue. The introduction of the practical part provides basic information about the company and a detailed description of the production program of engineering production with a focus on the types of orders, the staff organization and the production facility layout. An extensive analysis of existing processes of a logistic chain with the compilation of flow diagrams of partial processes and the capacity analysis of the current machine utilization during the fulfillment of internal orders with a proposal of the reduction of machines were made. Thanks to which it was possible to design a new production facility layout solution. The conomic evalution of the implementation of the proposed solution is the part of the work.
