Abstract

The thesis deals with topics that every brewery nowadays has to address and find appropriate ways to resolve them. The characteristics of individual topics are described at the beginning of the work. Firstly, it is the use of water in the brewery, followed by the chapter on packaging materials, and concluded with by-products generated during beer production. The following chapter analyzes specific issues that need to be addressed. The work then moves on to propose solutions to these emerging problems, and finally ends with a discussion that presents several practical applications from breweries and related industries that have turned their problems into advantages, making these companies one step ahead of the rest.
