Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive study of the regeneration of a housing estate in Ostrava-Jih. The solved area is delimited by Rezkova, Horymírova and U Hrůbků streets. The bachelor's thesis complies with all currently valid regulations and technical standards. Part of the thesis is an analysis of the current state of the housing estate and two variants of solutions. One of the variants is further developed - drawing of technical and transport infrastructure. The proposals respect all limits and other legislative restrictions.
