Abstract

Vysoká škola Báňská – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra městského inženýrství. Vedoucí bakalářské práce Ing. Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. Předmětem bakalářské práce je komplexní studie regenerace panelového sídliště v Ostravě-Jih, místní částí Zábřeh. Řešená plocha je ohraničena ulicemi Rezkova, Horymírova a U Hrůbků. Práce odpovídá všem aktuálně platným předpisům a technickým normám. Součástí práce je analýza současného stavu sídliště a dvě varianty řešení. Jedna z variant je podrobena dalšímu rozpracování – výkres technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Návrhy respektují všechny limity a další legislativní omezení.

The solved area is delimited by Rezkova, Horymírova and U Hrůbků streets. The bachelor's thesis complies with all currently valid regulations and technical standards. Part of the thesis is an analysis of the current state of the housing estate and two variants of solutions. One of the variants is further developed - drawing of technical and transport infrastructure. The proposals respect all limits and other legislative restrictions.
