Abstract

This dissertation is concerned with shearing machine assembly with regard to the lifetime. Except for the project of a particular shearing machine, this work also introduces new tech-nologies for lifetime increase with the use of plating and the use of computer graphics for designing. Furthermore, it describes a middle-sized commercial tool room equipment which is necessary for a first-rate tool engineering, and a local company that specializes in tool plating and in the plating machine construction.
