Vibrodiagnostika klíčového strojního zařízení

Abstract

This work deals with the issue of vibrodiagnostics and assesses the benefit of its introduction into the maintenance process. The work includes the procedure of applying vibrodiagnostics to key machinery, in this case it is electric motors. It includes both an errand method and a continuous vibration monitoring method using online software and permanently installed vibration sensors on machinery. Finally, the work contains a set of practical examples of measurements, including monitoring the trend of the development of bearing vibrations during the last half year.
