Zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich analýza ve vybrané obchodní korporaci

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je věnována analýze a zhodnocení systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní korporaci. Teoretická část práce nejprve vymezuje teoretická východiska mzdového odměňování a řízení lidských zdrojů. Následně se zabývá významem zaměstnaneckých benefitů, způsoby jejich poskytování a jejich rolí v motivačním systému zaměstnanců, přičemž jsou představeny také klíčové teorie motivace. Pozornost je rovněž věnována podrobnému rozboru účetních a daňových aspektů poskytování benefitů z pohledu zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a zhodnocení stávajícího systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů v akciové společnosti X, a.s. Stěžejním podkladem pro tuto analýzu je realizované dotazníkové šetření, které zkoumá míru spokojenosti zaměstnanců a jejich preference pro budoucí rozvoj systému. Na základě získaných statistických dat a provedených analýz jsou v závěru práce pro společnost formulovány konkrétní návrhy a doporučení vedoucí k optimalizaci a efektivnímu rozvoji celého benefitního systému.

This thesis is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of the employee benefits system at a selected business corporation. The theoretical section of the thesis first defines the theoretical foundations of compensation and human resource management. It then examines the significance of employee benefits, the methods by which they are provided, and their role in the employee motivation system, while also presenting key theories of motivation. Attention is also given to a detailed analysis of the accounting and tax aspects of providing benefits from the perspective of both the employee and the employer. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the existing employee benefits system at X, a.s. The primary basis for this analysis is a questionnaire survey that examines employee satisfaction levels and their preferences for the future development of the system. Based on the statistical data obtained and the analyses conducted, the conclusion of the thesis formulates specific proposals and recommendations for the company aimed at optimizing and effectively developing the entire benefits system.
