Motivace a péče o zaměstnance pracující v nákladní dopravě

Abstract

This thesis is focused on issues of motivation and freight transport employees care. The first part contains general characteristics of the company. The second part consists of the basic theory of these issues and their current state analysis. The following part includes suggestions and measures which lead to the improvement of motivation and employees care in the company, and remuneration system is established that will depend on employees‘ job performance. It also describes the costs for the employer such as social and health insurance, tax-deductable costs paid towards the remuneration of the employees and including the provided benefits for employees in the tax base, base of assessment for social and health insurance payments.
