Případové studie využití aditivních technologií v automotive

Abstract

This master’s thesis deals with the issue of using 3D printing in the automotive industry. The main goal is to describe the current limitations and challenges faced by automotive companies and to examine possible solutions through 3D printing. Based on information from the theoretical part, the practical part is divided into three separate experiments. Each of them focuses on a different area of 3D printing application in automotive. Specifically small-series production, customization, and the production of parts with internal structures. At the end of each experiment, an evaluation is provided, summarizing important findings obtained during the experiment. The conclusion of the thesis contains a comprehensive summary of the results and an overall assessment of the benefits of 3D printing for this industry.
