Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the current state of recruitment and selection of employees in company Kordarna Plus a.s. and throught a questionnaire survey to analyze the the plans of future graduates of High schools in the vicinity of the company and based on the survey results suggest company proposals and recommendations that could help her get into their employee ranks of future graduates. In the theoretical part of the work focuses on defining the basic concepts that relate to this isme. The practical part is analyzed internal documents and interviews with staff present situation of Kordárna Plus a.s. through a questionnaire survey of the situation of future high school graduates. Finally, a plan for and organization comprising several point sof advice.
