Kalicí lázeň

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem chladícího zařízení, které bude schopno udržovat teplotu kalicí lázně během kalení při teplotě 150-180°C. Úvodní část práce seznamuje problematiku chlazení ve firmě Arcelor Mittal a.s., které je velmi nedokonalé. Rešeršní část popisuje stav techniky a různé metody chlazení kalicí solné lázně. Dále po zpracování požadavkového listu byla vytvořena funkční struktura a na tomto základě morfologická matice, ze které byl vybrán jeden koncept a byl rozpracován do hrubé stavební struktury, následně pak do čisté stavební struktury. Poslední části práce se zabývá výpočty a dimenzování tepelného výměníku.

Bachelor thesis presents design of cooling system which will be able to sustain temperature of a hardening tank during hardening at 150-180°C. The introduction of this thesis pursue the problems with cooling in the firm Arcelor Mittal a.s., which is very insufficient. Recherche part of the thesis describes disposition of technology and various methods of cooling the salt tank hardening. Furthermore after processing of requirement list it was created functional structure and on this basis the morfological matrix, from which it was chosen one concept and it was elaborated to rough structural conformation and then to the clear structural conformation. The ending of thesis deal with a calculations and dimensioning of heat exchanger.
