Vizualizace provozně technických funkcí v inteligentních budovách s asistivní péčí o seniory

Abstract

The thesis defines basic terms such as smart home, operational and technical functions and building automation. It describes basic needs of older people, assistive technologies and modern methods of medical supervisors - SmartCare, TeleCare and e-healthcare. It focuses on the unification of technical functions of the building with monitoring people and their final visualization. The thesis compares specialized systems for managing houses on the Czech market in terms of prices and technical parameters. The system of monitoring technical functions on a wooden structure using software products OSIsoft is suggested in the conclusion.
