dc.description.abstract	Práce definuje základní pojmy, jako jsou inteligentní dům, provozně technické funkce a automatizace budov. Popisuje základní potřeby starších osob, asistivní technologie a moderní způsoby zdravotnických dohledů – SmartCare, TeleCare a e-healthcare. Zaměřuje se na sjednocení technických funkcí domu s monitorováním osob a jejich výslednou vizualizací. Porovnává specializované systémy pro řízení domů na českém trhu z hlediska ceny i technických parametrů. V závěru práce je navrhnut systém sledování technických funkcí na dřevodomku VŠB pomocí softwarových produktů firmy OSIsoft.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis defines basic terms such as smart home, operational and technical functions and building automation. It describes basic needs of older people, assistive technologies and modern methods of medical supervisors - SmartCare, TeleCare and e-healthcare. It focuses on the unification of technical functions of the building with monitoring people and their final visualization. The thesis compares specialized systems for managing houses on the Czech market in terms of prices and technical parameters. The system of monitoring technical functions on a wooden structure using software products OSIsoft is suggested in the conclusion.	en
