Návrh systému pohonu unášeče skladovacího systému SLL

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřením dráhy řetězového unášeče tablaru, návrhem analytického vypočtu pro ověření bezproblémového chodu tohoto řetězového unášeče a unášecích ploch tablaru. V úvodu je provedeno seznámení se skladovacími systémy, se systémem Logimat a vyšetřovanými prvky systému. V hlavní části se zabývám jednotlivými situacemi, ve kterých můţe nastat kolizní situace při špatně navrţených parametrech. Dále provádím pevnostní analýzu pouţívaných řetězových unašečů metodou konečných prvků.

This bachelor thesis firstly deals with the trajectory examination of tablar chain carrier, secondly with the analytic calculation proposal for verification of its smooth run and the carrier’s surface. The introduction with storage systems, with Logimat system and with the investigated system elements is being performed in the introductory part of the thesis. The main part investigates component situations when a clash could occur if the parameters are proposed inappropriately. Another part of the thesis is the analysis of used carrier chains examined by finite element method.
