Měření spokojenosti studentů střední školy

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit spokojenost studentů na OA Přerov. Tato práce se skládá ze sedmi kapitol. Z úvodu, dále z charakteristiky školy, kde popisuji vývoj OA Přerov. Třetí kapitola obsahuje teoretická východiska měření spokojenosti se službami, kde se věnuji službám, spokojenosti a zákazníkům. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola je věnována metodice a analýze výzkumu. Analýzu jsem zpracovala na základě vyhodnocených dotazníků rozdaných studentům. Další kapitola obsahuje návrhy a doporučení, které by měly vést k větší spokojenosti studentů a poslední kapitolou je závěr.

The objective of my bachelor thesis was to ascertain student´s satisfaction at the Business Academy in Přerov. The thesis consists of seven chapters – starting with an introduction, followed by characteristics of school. This second chapter describes a development of the high school. Third chapter contains the theoretical resources of measuring satisfaction with services, happiness and customers. Fourth and fifth chapter is devoted to a methodology and analysis research. I prepared the analysis on the basis of evaluated questionnaires which were distributed to students. Next chapter contains proposals and recommendations which should lead to greater student´s satisfaction. The last chapter is a conclusion.
