Zařízení pro krácení kulatiny

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlastním konstrukčním návrhem zařízení pro krácení kulatiny. V první části je vypsán široký výběr pil na trhu. Z těchto pil je následně vybraný nejvhodnější koncepční návrh pily pro řezání palivového dříví. Dále jsou provedeny výpočty nejdůležitějších komponent zařízení. Je zvolen vhodný elektromotor, řezné síly, převody, mechanismy a možnost manipulace zařízení na krátké vzdálenosti. Výkresy a náležitosti týkající se výpočtů jsou vloženy do příloh.

The bachelor thesis deals with own construction design of equipent for cutting logs. In the first part there is a wide selection of saws on the market. From these saws is then selected the most suitable conceptual design saw for cutting firewood. Furthermore, calculations of the most important components of the equipment are performed. A suitable electric motor, cutting forces, gears, mechanisms and the possibility of manipulation of the device over short distances are chosen. Drawings and essentials relating to the calculations are inserted in the annexes.
