Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the system of education of employees in the group of companies Janošík s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures to optimize the growth of the level of employees in the company. The theoretical part describes general education in our country, especially lifelong learning. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the qualification system and the system of employee education. Appropriate recommendations are made from subsequent evaluations. In the last part there is a description and proposal of measures to optimize and increase the level of training of employees in the company.
