Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with calculations of heat losses and how to minimize them through application on a hospital building. In the introduction, the building is described from the historical, structural, and energetic aspect. According to the plans and information gained by research and from standards, heat losses have been calculated and subsequently compared with the thermal power of the building. Intentionally, ideal opportunities for energy savings are designed afterwards. Barriers due to reasons of the building protection for its historical relevancy are remitted. Hence, the thesis is focused on finding solutions for minimising heat losses respecting these limitations.
