Abstract

The aim of this thesis is analysis and design of roller conveyor for robotized workspaces. In the theoretical part is located analysis of current status, division of roller tracks with short description of construction and usage. Roller conveyors are then divided by their propulsion possibilities. In the next area of this work is constructional solutions of roller conveyor, which is made according to parameters from required sheet. Then there is design of propulsion with calculation of needed force and selection of a sufficiently powerful engine. According to propulsion are then selected individual components in such way, that they are compatible. Components are then detailed. Roller conveyor is created in 3D model, from which are made assembly and production drawings.
