Projekt výroby KBVP ve VOP 025 Nový Jičín, s.p.

Abstract

Pro svou diplomovou práci jsem si vybral firmu VOP 025 Nový Jičín, s.p., ve které již 17 let pracuji. Cílem této práce je ukázat jak firma VOP 025 Nový Jičín, s.p pracuje na projektu výroby KBVP. Práce je ze začátku zaměřená na teoretická východiska, které jsou dále převedeny do praktické části. Je zde představen podnik a jeho struktura. Následně je posouzen současný stav výroby, varianty řešení a návrh projektu výrobního systému. Toto bylo zapracováno na základě dostupných informací. V závěru své práce hodnotím zjištěné poznatky a vyvozuji doporučení.

I have chosen the company VOP 025 N.J.,s.p. for my final diploma work, where I have already been working for seventeen years. The aim of this work is to show how the company VOP 025 N.J.,s.p. working on production of KBVP vehicles. At the beginning the work is focused on the theoretical solutions which is further transfered into the practical part. The company and its structure is introduced there. Consequently is checked the contemporary state of production, variants of solution and design of project production systems. This is worked on the basis of available information. I assess the founded knowledge and I draw my own suggestion and recommendation at the end of my work.
