Podnikatelský plán pro založení areálu na vodní sport

Abstract

V rámci této bakalářské práce je řešen podnikatelský plán pro projekt Wakeparku na přehradě Olešná. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy, jako je podnikání, podnikatel a podnikatelský plán, dále jsou zde popsány základní právní formy podnikání a definovány metody pro analýzu podnikatelského prostředí. V praktické části pak byly tyto metody aplikovány. Za pomocí SWOT analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti sil je zde zhodnoceno podnikatelské prostředí společnosti a následně jsou stanoveny ceny za jednotlivé služby. Díky tomu je v další kapitole sestaven konkrétní finanční plán včetně odhadu nákladů a výnosů. Bylo zjištěno, že projekt je realizovatelný i s omezenými zdroji a jeho návratnost činí dva roky a tři měsíce.

This thesis deals with the business plan for the water sport park on the Olešná Lake. Firstly, in the theoretical part are definied key words such as enterprise, enterpreneur, business plan, then the basic legal forms of enterprise and methods for the analysis of the business environment are described. In the practical part these methods are aplied. Using SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces the environment of the company is evaluated and the prices of the services are set. Due to the analysis results, the financal plan for the company is compiled including cost and revenue estimation. The business plan showed that the water sport park has the potencial to be cost-effective. The investement will be returned in two years and three months.
