Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is analyze the educationaland the personal growth and development programme of employees in the Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o. company. This thesis aims to analyze the educational system and the personal growth and development programme of employees in the Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o. company. Based on theoretical knowledge and the results of the questionnaire it tries to suggest ways to improve those processes. The appropriate literature, selected web sources and internal company materials were used while writing this work. Furthermore, the analysis is based on the interview with the head of the HR department and the results of the questionnaire taken by the employees which are show on a graph. The previously mentioned imperfections are through various suggestions and recommendations removed. Some of the particular suggestions are focusing on practical experience, e-learning education, language courses, feedback from the employees and the renewal of the internal information system. Finally, the thesis aims to suggest ideas and solutions in order to remove the small imperfections and to make the educational system and personal growth and development programme more effective.
