Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with design of the handling table for pressing tools. The introduction covers the problems of handling operations and desribes the current state. Based on the requirements of Hayes-Lemmerz autokola company two solutions have been proposed, complying with operating conditions. The solutions are compared with each other and the better alternate is detailed. Then the main structural elements are designed with specification of drive types. Finite element method is used in calculations. For less complex objects analytical method is used as well. The proposed solution can improve safety and efficiency and, thanks to the reduction of lubricating emulsion leaks the environmental activities of the company can be advanced. The final design is plotted in the attached drawing.
