Abstract
The aim of this Diploma thesis is to evaluate of the process of recruiting, selecting and adapting employees in a selected company and to suggest possible proposals and recommendations for improvement of the current process based on the questionnaire survey. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of thesis contains theoretical bases concerning the process of recruiting, selecting and adapting employees.The practical part consists of the history of the company and its description. Furthermore, the analysis of its current process and evaluation of the questionnaire. Based on the findings, suggestions and recommendations are proposed that the company can use to improve its current the examined process.
