Výzkum a vývoj extruderu pro robotický tisk silikátových materiálů

Abstract

The dissertation focuses on the research and development of an extruder for robotic 3D printing of silicate, specifically ceramic materials. The aim is to create a comprehensive printing methodology, design and implement a new type of extruder and verify its functionality in practical conditions. The work includes the development of a printing methodology including a series of tests to optimize the print setup and identify potential errors. This is followed by the development of an extruder that integrates new design and sensor devices with respect to the specific requirements of ceramic printing. The designed extruder is then tested and tuned, and the validated solution is applied to a robotic arm designed for ceramic printing.
