Implementace základních metod štíhlé výroby ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis goal is introducing of specific Lean production methods in TATRA, a.s. company, trucks producer. Concrete Lean methods will be applied first of all in 3 machines workplace (U-cell in the future) intended for producing of special assortment technologically similar parts. This thesis is divided to theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there will be described in detail individual Lean production methods, which will be used for solving given issue. In the practical part there will be observed given workplace then acquired information will be described in detail and subsequently put together. From this information will be prepared current status for given workplace, based on this status will be designed measure for streamlining whole production process of given products assortment. Finally there will be done evaluation of production process after introducing of our selected Lean production methods.
