Abstract

This thesis titled „Frame fruit press“ deals with the design of fruit press with hydraulic drive using a jack and strength checking of critical parts. Introduction deals with definitions, principles and using the press in various sectors. Following is a survey of various types of fruit presses. The next section presents a designed press with a detailed description. A part of this is the hydraulic jack with a capacity of 2 000 kg. With regard to the maximum power, that the jack is able to develop, strength checking of critical parts is done by the analytical method. Check one component is made by finite element program Ansys Workbench.
