Abstract
The master thesis deals with laser cutting technology of combustion chambers effusion cooling holes used in aerospace industry. Fiber lasers and selected laser-based technologies were described. The experiment investigated the influence of different working gases (oxygen, nitrogen), working gas pressure and drilling angle on recast layer of holes drilled in Haynes 230 metal sheet. Using metallographic analysis, thickness of recast layer, length and quantity of microcracs were examined.
