Strategický management vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

Názov tejto práce je „Návrh stratégie pre vybranú spoločnosť“. Jej cieľom bolo analyzovať súčasné podmienky spoločnosti First SK, s. r. o. a navrhnúť vhodnú stratégiu pre nasledujúce dva roky. Veľmi dôležitá je preto dobrá znalosť interného prostredia podniku, pričom musíme rešpektovať tiež externé prostredie.

Táto práca je rozdelená na dve časti – praktickú a teoretickú. V prvej časti som najskôr definoval pojmy ako stratégia, strategické riadenie a myslenie, a tiež som vymedzil jednotlivé strategické nástroje, ktoré som neskôr použil v praktickej časti tejto práce.

V druhej časti som predstavil spoločnosť First information systems, s. r. o. a uviedol som jej vývoj, produkty, ako aj jej organizačnú štruktúru. Následne som analyzoval súčasné postavenie firmy, kde som vykonal analýzu interného a externého prostredia podniku. K tomu som využil PEST analýzu, Porterovu analýza, finančnú analýza a nakoniec analýzu SWOT. Vykonal som tiež predikciu vývoja podnikateľského prostredia a navrhol vhodnú stratégiu pre túto spoločnosť.

The title of this work is „Strategy Proposal For A Selected Company“. It´s aim was analyse the present condition of the company First SK, s. r. o. and propose an appropriate strategy for the next two years. Very important is knowledge of internal conditions and we have to also respect external surrounding.

This work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the first part I defined a term as strategy, strategic management and thinking and I also defined an strategic tools, which I used later in the practical part of this work.

In the second part I introduce a company First information systems, s. r. o. and I presented it´s development, products and organization structure. Then I analyzed the current status of the company where I conducted an analysis of internal and external business surrounding. For this I used the PEST analysis, Porter analysis, financial analysis and finally a SWOT analysis. I did also predict the development of business surrounding and formulate appropriate strategies for the company.
