Silové poměry při aplikaci nástroje s VBD pro obrábění oken a dveří

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of woodworking (windows and doors). Specifically, it studies the optimal setting of the tool force and surface roughness. This research was carried out in collaboration with Vydona, a company engaged in the development and production of tools for various uses. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of wood milling and information on measuring and evaluating cutting forces and surface roughness. The practical part deals with the experiment of wood milling and the subsequent measurement and evaluation of the roughness and cutting forces of the cutting tool for specific cutting conditions. The final part is an evaluation and comparison of the achieved results and subsequent recommendations for implementation in practice.
