Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a demonstration task of robotic coffee preparation using a collaborative robot UR3. The introductory part is devoted to the analysis of existing robotic systems designed for automated coffee preparation. Based on the obtained knowledge and available components, a custom solution was proposed. The design part focuses on the design of the necessary hardware components and the final part is devoted to the development of the control program. The result is a functional demonstration workstation with a robot that can operate the coffee machine, prepare coffee according to the user's choice, detect the presence of a cup and alert the user to the need for maintenance of the coffee machine.
