Experimentální stanovení tlakové ztráty hydraulických rychlospojek

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the experimental determination of the pressure loss of hydraulic quick couplings. In the theoretical part of the bachelor’s thesis, research on the issue dealing with hydraulic quick couplings is processed. Firstly, the hydraulic lines are described and secondly the construction of individual types of quick couplings is introduced, as well as the use of hydraulic quick couplings in practice. The work also describes the materials and seals of quick couplings, the standards of quick couplings and the criteria for selecting a quick coupling. In the practical part of this work, a hydraulic circuit is designed and assembled for the experimental determination of the pressure loss of hydraulic quick couplings of various designs and sizes. The measurement is made for ball type and flat face type of hydraulic quick couplings. The hydraulic circuit is designed including sensors for measuring pressure, flow and temperature. At the end of the work, the experimentally determined static characteristics of hydraulic quick couplings for different designs and sizes are compared. In addition, the measured characteristics are compared with the values listed in the manufacturer's catalogue.
