Optimalizace materiálového toku ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of material flow in the company Lakum AP, a.s. The aim of the work is to analyze the current state of material flow in the production plant, to identify bottlenecks and to propose a new production layout leading to its efficiency. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the methods and tools used to investigate the material flow and the basic knowledge of internal logistics and production process design is presented. The practical part includes the characteristics of the company, a description of the current state of production and logistics processes, the application of the tools defined in the theoretical part and drawing conclusions with a proposal for a new layout of the production hall.
