Abstract
In this diploma thesis are presented experiments results, which have been made for commercially pure copper, in order to findings influence of material grain size to mechanical properties and machined surface texture. For creation of fine-grain materials was used equal channel angular pressing technology. This technology belongs between methods creating several plastic deformation. For fine-grain materials machining was used abrasive waterjet technology. Cutting walls were measured by a contact profilometer Surftest SJ401 and a profilometer Hommel Tester T8000. From obtained results follows that the refinement of grain adversely affects the resultant texture of machined surface.
