Abstract
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is the topic of employment of people with disabilities and its analysis at a selected employer. It is based on a current legislation to completely analyse this issue by using legislation, literature and other electronic sources, then to process these data in detail and to evaluate the whole situation of employment of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic using specific data and knowledge from the analysis of the selected company.
The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on the legislative side of the issue in the Czech Republic with an analysis of the most important legal regulations. It also contains an outline of the rights and obligations of employers and disabled people, the possibility of contributions provided to these employers by the state, key conditions for obtaining them, cooperation of employers with the Labour Office and defining basic concepts such as disability, handicapped people and more. The practical part analyses the employment of disabled people in the conditions of a selected employer, who annually meets the mandatory share of people with disabilities. The last chapter of the thesis is focused on the evaluation of this issue, including economic aspects in the field of employment of people with disabilities in a safe and healthy work environment.
The method of description, analysis, abstraction, deduction and comparisons is mainly used to fulfil the set goal.
